  • Do you accept returns or exchanges?

    Returns are handled on a case by case basis. In general, I don’t accept returns unless it’s a rare case of product defect. If you believe this to be the case, please contact me immediately after you receive your order. Exchanges are also rare, but I do want to be absolutely sure that you love your jewelry, so if you’d like to make an exchange, please contact me immediately and i’ll do my best to accommodate your request.

  • How do I find out my ring size?

    You can get your finger sized for free at your local jeweler’s shop or you can order a reusable sizer HERE.

  • Can I swim and shower with my jewelry on?

    Sterling silver naturally oxidizes over time and that happens much more quickly when it’s exposed to moisture and oils from both skin and products such as shampoos and lotions. If you’d like to keep your jewelry looking bright and shiny, I recommend that you take it off before swimming and bathing. You can also clean and brighten your jewelry by using the polishing cloth that I provide with each order. However, if you love a more rustic look, no extra care is needed.

  • Do you take custom orders?

    I do take some custom orders. See my custom order guidelines HERE

  • I’m located in Nevada County. Can I pick up my order so I don’t have to pay for shipping?

    Yes! There’s a pick-up option from my place up on Cement Hill at checkout.
